LCPD officers were shown new, innovative less-lethal Tasers along with drones, robotics, body-worn cameras and real-time crime center systems during demonstrations by Axon technologies Thursday at the East Mesa Public Safety Complex.
Axon, a leader in public safety technology and supplier of LCPD’s body-worn camera system, spent part of their Thursday demonstrating new technologies to LCPD officers. Besides body-worn cameras, the company showcased their line of less-lethal technology, drones, robotics, and their real-time operations and intelligence center that’s intended to keep officers and citizens safer.
