Doña Ana County - The Doña Ana County Treasurer’s Office will rpovide offsite convenient payment and customer service opportunities to residents in rural communities throughout Doña Ana County, during the week of April 21. Second half property taxes are due Saturday, May 10 and payments can be made at the Government Center, 845 N. Motel Blvd., during regular business hours. Delinquent property tax auction scheduled for November 20

The state attempts to collect delinquent property taxes when counties are unable to collect for themselves.

SANTA FE – The Taxation and Revenue Department will hold a delinquent property tax auction in Curry County in November, allowing individuals in attendance to submit bids. 

The state attempts to collect delinquent property taxes when counties are unable to collect for themselves. The state notifies delinquent taxpayers about the taxes due and planned sales of delinquent property. If the state is unable to collect the delinquent taxes, the subject properties are auctioned for sale. 

An auction has been scheduled in the following county: 

  • Curry County, 10 a.m., November 20, at 417 Gidding St., Suite #150, Clovis NM 88101 

Successful bidders are required to make payment in full prior to the conclusion of the auction by money order, certified check, cashier’s check, or a personal or business check if accompanied by a bank letter of credit that guarantees payment in at least the amount bid.
