The holidays are all about joy and celebration! Here are some simple tips to help you stay healthy while enjoying every moment.

You don’t have to skip the foods you love. Just balance them out. Fill half your plate with colorful veggies, add some lean protein, and whole grains. Remember to watch your portions. And, it’s also okay to enjoy treats — just in moderation.

One of my favorite go-to meals during the busy holiday season is Baked Fish and VegetablesI just wrap everything in foil, bake, and enjoy with no cleanup required!
