Building Practical Water Knowledge
The sessions are part of a broader effort to support data-driven irrigation and water management across the region, connecting research, extension services and on-the-ground application.
Organizations involved in these efforts, including the Western Water Network, emphasize collaboration between researchers, policymakers and water users to address ongoing water challenges in the West through science-based approaches.

The trainings are designed for a wide range of participants, including:
- Farmers and irrigation managers
- Agricultural extension agents
- Water resource professionals and technicians
- College students
More Trainings on the Way
Additional workshops are expected, and organizers are encouraging anyone interested to sign up for advance notice of future training opportunities.
