A law enforcement response was triggered Wednesday afternoon at La Clinica de Familia in Las Cruces after an active shooter drill resulted in what officials later determined was a false alarm.

According to information released following the incident, the drill took place May 20 at La Clinica de Familia’s location at 575 S. Alameda Blvd.
