EL PASO, T.X. – New Mexico National Guard Deputy Adjutant General Brig. Gen. Nathaniel Carper addresses Soldiers and families of the 1st Battalion, 200th Infantry Regiment and their families as part of the Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program following the unit’s successful overseas deployment.

Carper expressed his pride in the professionalism and dedication demonstrated by the Soldiers of the 1-200 during their overseas mission. He thanked their families for the unwavering support that made their service possible, resulting in a highly successful mission.
