MVRDA Reports Outage Affecting Non-Emergency Phone Lines; 911 Not Affected

The Mesilla Valley Regional Dispatch Authority (MVRDA) is currently experiencing an outage affecting its non-emergency and administrative phone lines.

Officials say 911 service remains fully operational and is not affected by the outage.

Residents needing to report non-emergency incidents by phone are asked to call one of the temporary numbers below. Callers are advised not to leave a voicemail and to continue calling until they speak directly with dispatch personnel.

Non-emergency reports may also be submitted online through MVRDA’s reporting portal.

Officials have not announced when regular service will be restored. Residents are encouraged to monitor official MVRDA channels for updates.

As a reminder, emergencies requiring immediate police, fire or medical assistance should always be reported by calling 911.
