LAS CRUCES, N.M. – The City of Las Cruces Parks & Recreation Department is advising swimmers of temporary schedule changes affecting three municipal aquatic facilities this week and next.
The Regional Aquatic Center Activity Pool, located at 1401 E. Hadley Ave., will close Sunday, July 12, for scheduled maintenance. The remainder of the facility will operate under its regular schedule, and the Activity Pool is expected to reopen with normal operating hours on Monday, July 13.
In addition, the department announced that East Mesa Pool, 6151 Reynolds Dr., and Laabs Pool, 701 W. Picacho Ave., will not offer a second session of open swim on Wednesday, July 8, and Thursday, July 9. Regular operating hours and swim sessions at both outdoor pools will resume Friday, July 10.
