County officials said Heidrick was nominated for his leadership, professionalism and dedication to public service. Colleagues cited his ability to coordinate multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining an organized, efficient approach and a commitment to excellence.

Officials said Heidrick’s leadership and initiative have made a significant contribution to the county’s Emergency Management team and congratulated him on the recognition.
