Saturday Collision in Anthony Results in Significant Damage, Overturned Vehicle

One vehicle sustained significant damage, and another overturned as a result of the collision. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.

At approximately 10:30 p.m. Saturday night, officers with the Anthony Police Department responded to a two-vehicle motor vehicle crash near the intersection of Clark Street and Lincoln Street.

Upon arrival, officers secured the scene, rendered aid, and coordinated with EMS personnel to ensure the safety of those involved and the surrounding area. The roadway was temporarily affected while first responders worked to clear the scene and conduct the initial investigation.

The Anthony Police Department reminds the public that our officers will continue conducting proactive patrols and traffic enforcement throughout the community.
