Thursday Crash in Santa Teresa Sends Two to Hospital

Upon arrival, crews found two vehicles in a head-on collision.

Doña Ana Fire Rescue was dispatched to a side road off of Highway 9 in Santa Teresa for a crash, just after 4 p.m. Thursday. Upon arrival, crews found two vehicles in a head-on collision.

A total of two people were transported to local hospitals. One person was transported by a Sunland Park Fire Department ambulance and the other was airlifted.

This crash is under investigation by New Mexico State Police.
