Sunland Park Police Explain Door-to-Door Solicitation Protocol

The Sunland Park Police Department is reminding residents how to identify authorized door-to-door solicitors after notifying the community about an educational outreach representative expected to visit neighborhoods this summer.

According to the department, university student Radmyla Hryhorash has obtained the required city permit to conduct door-to-door educational sales as part of the Southwestern Advantage Educational Internship Program. Police emphasized that she is not affiliated with the department, local schools or any school district, and that residents are under no obligation to make a purchase or continue the conversation.
