NM State Women’s Soccer continues its early-season road schedule Thursday night, traveling to Abilene, Texas, for a matchup with Abilene Christian.
The Aggies and Wildcats are scheduled to kick off at 6 p.m. MT Thursday, Aug. 20, at Elmer Gray Stadium. The match will be streamed on ESPN+.
NM State enters the meeting with a 3-2 advantage in the all-time series and has won the last three matches between the programs.

Abilene Christian is led by fourth-year Head Coach Stephen Salas, who entered the season with a 16-27-13 career record.
The Wildcats opened their 2026 campaign with a 3-1 victory over Jackson State in a neutral-site match in Shreveport, Louisiana.
Addison Briscoe, Mikayla Abrenica and Aliyah Anderson each scored for Abilene Christian in the victory, with Briscoe also recording an assist.
Thursday night’s meeting gives NM State an opportunity to extend its three-match winning streak in the series while continuing the opening stretch of its 2026 season away from Las Cruces.
