Santa Fe, NM — New Mexicans who obtained a FastBucks loan between 2007 and 2016 may be eligible to receive a share of nearly $1 million in restitution following the resolution of a long-running case.

• Eligible consumers can submit a claim at FastBucksNMRestitution.com. The deadline to file is November 24, 2026.
• Consumers who received a notice about the settlement are encouraged to file a claim. Those who believe they may be eligible but did not receive a notice can also submit a claim.
• The settlement funds have been collected and are now available for distribution through the court-appointed restitution administrator.
