Resident Thanks Las Cruces Utilities Crew Following Roadway Repair

The City of Las Cruces shared the resident’s note as part of its Adelante con Cariño recognition of employees providing service to the community.

A Las Cruces resident offered a public thank-you to a City Utilities crew after workers returned to address roadway conditions following recent utility easement work.

The City of Las Cruces shared the resident’s note as part of its Adelante con Cariño recognition of employees providing service to the community.

According to the note, the resident contacted the City about an issue with the road following work on an easement. A Utilities crew subsequently returned to make repairs.

“Thank you so much for looking into the issue on our road and having your crew fix it back to a little bit better than it was before the City started work on the easement. Hector came out to supervise and did a good job.

“Again, thanks so much. I have a very positive view of the City and of you and your department.”

The City credited its Utilities team for its care, professionalism and attention to detail, pointing to the repair as an example of its Adelante con Cariño initiative in practice.
