The Las Cruces Fire Department recently recognized Driver/Operator Brandon Marquez for reaching a new milestone with the department.

LCFD shared photos of the recognition on social media, with Marquez standing in front of Fire Engine 2 as his fiancée, Gaby, participated in the ceremony by pinning him.

“Brandon’s dedication, hard work, and commitment to our department and community are truly commendable,” the department wrote in announcing the recognition.

The department congratulated Marquez on the achievement and added, “We are proud to have you on our team.”
