Las Cruces Regional Aquatics Change to Non-Peak Season; Labor Day is Last Day for Outdoor Pools

The last day of the summer season for the City of Las Cruces outdoor pools (East Mesa Pool 6151 Reynolds Dr.) (Laabs Pool, 701 W Picacho Ave) will be Labor Day September 7, 2026.

The City of Las Cruces Regional Aquatics will begin its non-peak hours of operation beginning Tuesday September 8, 2026. The Regional Aquatic Center (1401 Hadley East Hadley) will be closed Sundays until Memorial Day weekend 2027.

The City of Las Cruces splash pads will be winding down for the summer season. The Downtown Interactive Splash Fountain (100 N. Main Street) will shut down after September 7. Metro Verde Splash Pad (7125 Metro, Park Dr.) and Unidad Splash Pad (1575 E Hadley Ave.) will continue to open weekends until the end of September.
