Leadership Training for Airmen and Guardians

Over the past five weeks these Airmen and Guardians learned the fundamentals of leadership and what it takes to lead the next generation of service members.

This month, Chief Master Sgt. Michael Brooks, 150th Special Operations Wing Command Chief, spoke at the Airman Leadership School Graduation where 24 Airmen and Guardians graduated the course.

Over the past five weeks these Airmen and Guardians learned the fundamentals of leadership and what it takes to lead the next generation of service members.

“You get the opportunity to set a standard, to turn readiness into a habit and become the next great leaders of our Air and Space Force,” said Brooks. “Leaders who show up every day, leaders who push forward for their people and leaders who will keep our military strong long after the older generations retire.”
