Las Cruces Utilities Temporary Closure, Team Building October 29

Utility payments can still be made in person at the cashiers’ counter on the first floor of City Hall.

Las Cruces Utilities (LCU) offices will temporarily close Thursday, Oct. 29, 2026, for a departmental safety and team-building event.

The following locations will be closed from 8 AM to 3 PM:

• City Hall LCU Office – 700 N. Main St.
• East Mesa – 5195 Bataan Memorial West #2
• LCU Office Center – 680 N. Motel Blvd.
• Green Waste, Compost, and Clean Fill services at 555 S. Sonoma Ranch Blvd. will be closed from 8 AM to 3 PM, with services resuming from 3 to 4 PM.

Utility payments can still be made in person at the cashiers’ counter on the first floor of City Hall.

Customers needing assistance with utility hookups, disconnections, or other services are encouraged to plan ahead and complete their business earlier in the week or after 3 p.m. on Oct. 29.
