Gadsden IDS’s Academic Services Department took to Facebook on Friday. “We are incredibly proud to celebrate the outstanding achievements of several Gadsden ISD high schools, which were recognized among the Top 10 schools in New Mexico for graduation rates according to the New Mexico Public Education Department’s Cohort 2025 Graduation Report.”
The post listed the “outstanding” accomplishments achieved at Gadsden ISD high schools. Among the most noteworthy were the following:
Santa Teresa High School
94.54% graduation rate
#2 highest graduation rate in New Mexico
Also recognized for one of the largest increases in graduation rates statewide
Gadsden High School
89.80% graduation rate
Ranked among the Top 10 high schools in New Mexico
Chaparral High School
89.50% graduation rate
Ranked among the Top 10 high schools statewide
Alta Vista Early College High School
100% graduation rate
“These incredible results reflect the hard work of our students, teachers, counselors, administrators, and families who support student success every day,” the post explained.
The Facebook post concluded with the following statement: “When our students succeed, our entire community succeeds. Congratulations to the Class of 2025 and the educators who helped make this achievement possible!”
