City of Las Cruces Call for Food Vendors for 2026 Fourth of July Celebration

The City of Las Cruces Parks & Recreation Department is now accepting applications from food vendors interested in participating in the annual Fourth of July Concert and Fireworks Celebration on Saturday, July 4, 2026, at Pat & Lou Sisbarro Community Park on the camps of New Mexico State University.

This exciting community celebration will feature live music, a spectacular fireworks show, and family-friendly activities. Food vendors will have a unique opportunity to serve thousands of attendees and be part of one of the city’s most beloved annual events.

· Location: Pat & Lou Sisbarro Community Park, 3205 Arrowhead Dr., Las Cruces, NM
· Vendor Setup: Times and location details will be provided upon acceptance

Interested vendors must complete and submit an application by June 5, 2026. NO EXCEPTIONS. All applications will be reviewed for compliance with event guidelines and space availability. Vendor applications can be picked up at the Parks & Recreation Admin Building at 1501 E. Hadley, Las Cruces 88001

Important Notice:

No vendors on foot will be permitted during the concert. All vendors must remain in their assigned locations throughout the event to ensure the safety and flow of all activities.
