(January 4, 2025) On November 5, 2025, 8:25 a.m., Mesilla Trustee Candidate Mulvihill had her political signs removed by a male subject with his baseball cap backwards wearing irrigation boots, dark gray long sleeved shirt and gray pants.

The suspect was driving a late model blue Chevrolet truck, 4 door and seen through video footage removing three signs, one yellow and red belonging to candidate Veronica Garcia, a white sign ‘Enough is Enough’ and the Mulvihill sign described as white, yellow with black letters.

A white sign ‘Enough is Enough’ was replaced by two men in a white four door truck on November 6, 2025 at 7:30 a.m. Their stolen white sign was originally placed in between Candidate Garcia and Mulvihill’s signs, prior to the removal by the suspect.
